Process:

- Finished with a proprietary “hardline” process which is actually part of the metal and produces a minimum of 70 Rockwell C hardness inside and out.

     *Process provides superior corrosion resistance and reduced friction compared to chrome-lined barrels.

     *20 times more resistant to wear and corrosion than mil spec and superior to hard chrome.

     CNC machined from solid aircraft aluminum bar stock.
     Standard M16 lower receivers.
